Hydrolyzes short- and medium-chain acyl-CoAs, exhibiting the highest activity toward free CoA, hexanoyl-CoA, and octanoyl-CoA and the lowest activity against acetyl-CoA (By similarity). Exhibits decapping activity towards dpCoA-capped RNAs in vitro (By similarity). |
