Background
IL-13 is a immunoregulatory protein produced by activated T lymphocytes. The biological activities of IL-13 include the stimulation of B cell proliferation and immunoglobulin production. Recombinant murine IL-13 is a 12.3 kDa protein containing 111 amino acid residues.
