Background
Murine gAcrp30 is a 16.6 kDa protein originating from a proteolytic cleavage of Acrp30 (adipocyte complement-related protein of 30 kDa). Research shows that gAcrp30 is more active than the full length of Acrp30. gAcrp30 is expressed and secreted by adipose tissue. gAcrp30 possesses unique pharmacological properties for regulation of body weight and lipid metabolism. It is a key component in controlling energy homeostasis. BioVision’s Recombinant Murine gAcrp30 is a 16.6 kDa protein consisting of 145 amino acid residues.
