Application Notes | It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized hGH in 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer (pH 8.0) or 10 mM NH4HCO3 (pH 8.0). The solution can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. When diluting to below 10 ug/ml, the diluted solution should contain carrier protein (BSA or others) to avoid non-specific absorption of the hGH to plastic tubes. |
