KD-Validated Anti-HNRNPF Mouse monoclonal antibody

Mouse monoclonal antibody

  • WB - KD-Validated Anti-HNRNPF Mouse monoclonal antibody AGI1962
Western blotting analysis using anti-heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F antibody (Cat#AGI1962). Total cell lysates (10 µg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with anti-heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F antibody (Cat#AGI1962, 1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody respectively.

  • WB - KD-Validated Anti-HNRNPF Mouse monoclonal antibody AGI1962
Western blotting analysis using anti-heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F antibody (Cat#AGI1962). Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F expression in wild type (WT) and heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F (HNRNPF) shRNA knockdown (KD) HeLa cells with 20 µg of total cell lysates. Hsp90 α serves as a loading control. The blot was incubated with anti-heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F antibody (Cat#AGI1962, 1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody respectively.
    detail
  • FC - KD-Validated Anti-HNRNPF Mouse monoclonal antibody AGI1962
Flow cytometric analysis of Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F expression in HepG2 cells using anti-Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F antibody (Cat#AGI1962, 1:2,000). Green, isotype control; red, Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F.
    detail
  • ICC - KD-Validated Anti-HNRNPF Mouse monoclonal antibody AGI1962
Immunocytochemical staining of HepG2 cells with anti-Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F antibody (Cat#AGI1962, 1:1,000). Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor® 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and Smart Gain:Medium. Scale bar, 20 µm.

Protein Information
Name HNRNPF
Synonyms HNRPF
Function Component of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) complexes which provide the substrate for the processing events that pre-mRNAs undergo before becoming functional, translatable mRNAs in the cytoplasm. Plays a role in the regulation of alternative splicing events. Binds G-rich sequences in pre-mRNAs and keeps target RNA in an unfolded state.
Cellular Location Nucleus, nucleoplasm.
Tissue Location Expressed ubiquitously.
