| Application Notes | Ready-to-use MDA-453 whole cell lysate is prepared as a positive control for separation by SDS-PAGE and subsequent western blot analysis. Heat lysate to 95°C for 5 minutes and rapidly cool. The recommended loading volume per lane is 2~10 ul depending on the size format of your gel. |

| Storage | Store vial at -70°C or colder. For extended storage, aliquot contents to minimize freeze/thaw cycles. Storage at -20°C will be stable for three months, storage at-70°C will be stable for one year. |
