Background
This gene encodes a member of the rhophilin family ofRas-homologous (Rho)-GTPase binding proteins. The encoded proteinbinds both GTP- and GDP-bound RhoA and GTP-bound RhoB and may beinvolved in the organization of the actin cytoskeleton. [providedby RefSeq].
