|Target/Specificity||The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP2510a was selected from the N-term region of human NYREN18 . A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.|

NYREN18 is a specific down-regulator of the NEDD8 conjugation system. It recruits NEDD8 and its conjugates to the proteasome for degradation. It also interacts with PSMD4/S5a, a member of the regulatory subunit of the 26S proteasome.
